1. Meeting called to order at 7:48 P.M at Mary’s. Minutes of the
March 19, 2007 meeting approved as amended.
2. CGH Lighting – Troy installed lower wattage bulbs and shields.
More tweaking will be necessary but overall, the results have been
good. More sensors will be added.
3. Utility Box Enclosures – Board members didn’t get to check out the
Nutty Brown Hardiplank wall yet. Troy will try to photograph it
before the next meeting.
4. Pool Report –
*2007 Radiance Pool Flyer – Chris has it ready to mail out to GW,
GWW, Rim Rock, and Fox Run residents. The Board decided to drop the
“need for approval” by two Radiance residents. It seemed to set an
unwelcoming tone to the mailing and it was deemed unnecessary. A $50
rebate is offered to anyone who brings a new member to the pool.
*The aluminum fence needs to be scrubbed to remove old dirt and cobweb residue.
*Deck has been sanded completely by Jeanine, Troy, & Tyson. Staining
will be done Friday.
*Sais offered to head up a pool workday Sat. to get the grass ready
and spread the compost. It will then be seeded.
*Pool will open Sat. May 5th.
5. Tree trimming at RGH. It was noted that trees are rubbing on the
RGH near Frels and Lagardes. Troy will trim them.
